Description

The peer review process offers employees just that chance, using a formalized procedure to ask, consider, and resolve just these sorts of questions. This one-day workshop will teach you everything you need to know about employee dispute resolution through mediation.



 

Requirements

Ability to read, write and execute the lessons learnt.
A peaceful environment, good internet connection and data access to stream the video.
Discipline to go through all three modules within a max of 14 days for smooth flow.
